ESDGC is a varied topic that covers the links between society, economy and environment and between our own lives and those of people throughout the world.

You might have heard terms such as ‘sustainable development’, ‘global citizenship’, ‘carbon footprint’, ‘fair trade’, ‘climate change’, ‘greenhouse gasses’ and possibly not have understood them or just thought that they have no relevance to you or your life.

This project will help you understand these terms and recognise that they do in fact relate to your life, and in your own way you can make a difference to the world we live in now and the world we leave to future generations.  Hopefully, the information and activities will make you think ……and enable you to recognise steps that you can take at home and work towards tackling these world wide problems.
